I commented on Anthony, Sascha and LGodinez blog.  

Anthony will be emailing quarterly so to not annoy people.  Sascha had the idea to email people that may be interested in watching her band perform live.  She said she sometimes gets emails about an event and it ends up being something she wants to attend.  LGodinez will be emailing twice per month.  He will add a personal touch by following up with members of his gym.  He will be updating members on new equipment and trainers working at the gym.
