Week 10A Researching Email Marketing

 For me I'd like my newsletter to be monthly.  I get so many emails from different newsletters I can barely keep up with unsubscribing from the ones that I don't want to see.  Sometimes I'm busy and I just delete them but then a bunch of other ones come through.  That being said, I want to make sure my newsletter is providing value and not annoying my potential customers.  

I especially find value in newsletters that have articles or current events regarding something I'm interested in.  I want people to save my newsletters and mark them as important.  I want them to put my newsletters into folders and save them because they don't want to miss out on the information I provide.  I know I've felt this way about a few newsletters that I received.  Some of them were about tech and finance topics and I love reading the latest in those fields.  So if I didn't have time to read them in that moment I'd definitely save them.  I like the way they were structured too.  The catchy topics were in the subject and when you opened the newsletter, it had the main headlines in bold with a brief one liner underneath it. The topics were all clickable links.  Loved those newsletters.
